Dubbed the “Oscars of HR,” the HR Asia Awards 2024 – Best Companies to Work for in Asia (HRAA) has been recognizing exceptional organizations across the region for 11 consecutive years. By applying international standards to Vietnam and other Asian countries, HRAA acknowledges the achievements of businesses, helping them gain global recognition.

LPBank underwent a rigorous two-round evaluation process, meeting international standards applied in major Asian HR markets. These standards encompass three key areas: Enterprise Core Values (company culture and environmental culture); Employee Contribution Value; and Collective Value (spirit/effectiveness/cohesion). HRAA also conducted in-depth interviews with bank representatives to assess their HR policies, employee benefits, and corporate culture. With a score far surpassing the market average, LPBank excelled among strong contenders to be named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia in 2024.

This year also marks LPBank’s first participation in these prestigious awards. According to the organizers, LPBank impressed the judges with its high-quality human resources, attractive retention policies, and dynamic corporate culture befitting a leading bank. This recognition serves as a motivation for LPBank’s leadership to further enhance its HR policies and create a people-oriented, professional, and sustainable working environment.

Over its 16-year journey, LPBank has consistently affirmed its reputation as one of the 14 most important Vietnamese banks in the system, ranking among the top 500 most valuable banks globally.
