To become a premium customer at SHB, individuals only need to meet one of the following conditions: have a term deposit balance of 01 billion VND or more, a loan balance of 03 billion VND or more, or an average non-term deposit balance (CASA) of 100 million VND or more in the evaluation period, along with other criteria as stipulated by the bank from time to time.
According to SHB representatives, the value of premium privileges now extends beyond traditional financial product packages.
