Notably, 2024 marks the first time the organizer introduced the special category of “Sustainable Workplace Awards,” and MB is proud to be the recipient of this prestigious recognition among banks.

This year, 704 enterprises from Vietnam participated in the nominations, and 53,250 employees took part in the survey. MB excelled in this evaluation, scoring higher than the market average across all three criteria: Core (Strategy – Structure), Self (Individual), and Group (Collective).

The “Sustainable Workplace Awards” recognition underscores MB’s commitment to prioritizing environmental and social factors in its organizational operations and favoring eco-friendly businesses that strive for sustainability. As of June 30, 2024, MB’s green credit portfolio reached VND 63,633 billion, accounting for approximately 9.5% of its total credit exposure, with a focus on clean energy, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture and forestry.

Additionally, MB leverages digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency and minimize environmental impact. Over 90% of internal operations are now digitalized, and 100% of office spaces incorporate green, eco-friendly areas, boosting motivation and productivity among employees.
