For Three Consecutive Years, Recognized as “Best Companies to Work for in Asia”

The annual “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award, organized by HR Asia Magazine, recognizes excellence in HR practices and employee engagement. Among the 704 participating companies, Rong Viet Securities Joint Stock Company was one of the 130 honored this year. Notably, this is the third consecutive year that Rong Viet has received this prestigious accolade, making it the most awarded securities company in the HR Asia awards since its inception in Vietnam in 2018.

According to the organizers, the recognized companies this year demonstrated “excellent and effective HR policies and activities, reflecting a strong commitment to fostering a dynamic and diverse work environment.”

To earn the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award, Rong Viet met the stringent evaluation criteria set by HR Asia and excelled in the TEAM assessment model survey, encompassing Core (core values, organizational culture), Self (individual values), and Group (collective values).

This year’s award theme, “The Definitive Z Choice – Embracing a New Era with Gen Z,” underscores HR Asia’s commitment to supporting companies in becoming the top choice for Gen Z talent—a passionate, resilient, and creative workforce.
