Celebrating the Architecture: Illuminating the Project from Afar
The five elements, or Ngũ Hành, is an ancient Chinese philosophical system based on five fundamental elements: Metal (Kim), Wood (Mộc), Water (Thủy), Fire (Hỏa), and Earth (Thổ). By incorporating Ngũ Hành lighting into the urban area’s lighting system, Regal Group aims to create a balanced and harmonious environment that enhances the well-being of its residents.
For Regal Group, light is the soul of their products, offering endless beauty and unique experiences. Effective lighting not only creates a wonderful emotional experience for residents but also enhances the aesthetics, celebrating the majestic architecture.
Through their collaboration with ASA, one of Vietnam’s best lighting design companies, Regal Group has developed unique lighting solutions and designs that complement the timeless architecture of Regal Legend.
Regal Group prioritizes innovative lighting solutions, including the use of advanced technology and creative design to create striking lighting effects. Of particular note are their choices of smart, emotional, and artistic lighting.
By the end of 2024, the entire low-rise block will be installed with the investor’s chosen lighting scenarios: Dazzling (6 pm – 8 pm), Natural (8 pm – 10 pm), and Gentle (10 pm – 12 am).
Regal Group pays equal attention to the quality of each home and the central lighting system of the entire seaside super urban area, ensuring it meets global lighting standards. Additionally, they apply the principles of Ngũ Hành to create unique features for each area, architectural highlights, and attract attention from afar.
Each Area Represents an Element
Kim, the Metal element, is characterized by white and silver lights, creating a bright and modern space. Thus, Kim lighting is prominently featured in the high-rise subdivisions, accentuating the delicate designs of the skyscrapers.
The first low-rise houses in the project were installed experimentally, forming the main axis connecting Legend Beach with Kim lighting.
Mộc, the Wood element, offers soft and warm lighting similar to natural light, enhancing the urban greenery. Representing growth and freshness, Mộc lighting creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for residents. Therefore, the lighting design along the lake, luxurious villas, and pedestrian streets lined with trees will follow the Mộc element.
The Mộc lighting will be prominently featured at the lake with unique lighting symbols, the first of their kind in Vietnam.
Regal Group’s lighting designs for the Water element (Thủy) are gentle, with patterns resembling ocean waves. Water is associated with flexibility, coolness, and relaxation, so Thủy lighting helps create a harmonious and balanced space.
With its frontage facing Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, Thủy lighting will accentuate the house designs, highlighting the intricate window frames and roof details. Especially on Legend Walk, the beachfront pedestrian street, Thủy lighting will be elevated with pioneering lighting shows in Vietnam.
The Fire element (Hỏa) lighting is strong and dynamic, symbolizing passion and enthusiasm, creating a vibrant and energetic living space. Additionally, drawing inspiration from Xi’an’s pedestrian street, the City of Light Paris, and the colorful city of Las Vegas, Regal Group combines Hỏa lighting with international lighting art on pedestrian streets, considered commercial intersections with Shophouses and adjacent villas.
The investor chose the gentle yellow light of the Earth element (Thổ) for the low-rise subdivision.
The Earth element (Thổ) lighting is soft and warm, representing stability, reliability, and certainty. Thổ lighting creates a cozy, sustainable, and secure environment. Therefore, lighting designs following the Thổ element will be most prominent in the low-rise subdivisions, where a classy life is crafted and long-term investments are made for the residents.
The lighting system is comprehensively installed, covering all spaces of Regal Legend, from public areas to private residences. From the internal roads to public areas such as parks, musical water squares, and entertainment areas, the lighting system is carefully installed to create a safe, luxurious, and comfortable living environment. Regal Group pays attention to every detail, even importing equipment from abroad and spending months installing them.
