Masan Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: MSN), one of Vietnam’s largest retailers, announced that Mr. Nguyen Thieu Nam, Deputy General Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Masan, will assume the position of Chairman of Mobicast Joint Stock Company effective August 8.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Masan Group, will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mobicast from that date.
Mr. Nguyen The Tai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HTC Holding Joint Stock Company (stock code: CET), successfully purchased 605,000 CET shares on August 7, increasing his ownership from 0% to 10% of charter capital.
On the same day of the purchase, Hanoi Vian Investment Joint Stock Company, an organization related to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phuong, General Director and Member of the Board of Directors, sold all 1 million CET shares.
