A pre-owned VinFast VF 3 is now available on the used car market. This is one of the first VF 3s to be resold, as deliveries to customers only began on August 1st.

According to the seller, this VF 3 has been driven over 170km and has an official registration number plate that will be recalled when a new owner is found. The asking price is VND 285 million, including the cost of transferring ownership in Hanoi. The previous owner purchased the car under a battery leasing scheme and it is one of the first 6868 Creator Edition models.

The car is still in good condition as it hasn’t been used much, and the previous owner had heat-insulating film installed. They are selling it because it “doesn’t suit their energy”.

The listed price for a new VF 3 is VND 240 million for the battery leasing option and VND 322 million to purchase the car with the battery. This resale price is VND 45 million higher than buying a new one.

The VF 3 has impressive dimensions with a length of 3,190mm, a width of 1,679mm, and a height of 1,622mm. Its wheelbase is 2,075mm, and it boasts a generous ground clearance of 191mm, which is higher than that of some C-D segment CUVs such as the Hyundai Santa Fe and Ford Territory.

The VF 3 is equipped with halogen headlights and taillights, and notably does not feature LED daytime running lights. It rides on 175/75R16 tires wrapped around 16-inch wheels. However, the standout feature is the large 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which is even bigger than what some B-segment cars offer. It supports WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Other notable features include a 2-speaker audio system, manual air conditioning with dust filtration, electronic parking brake, and a camping mode.

Performance-wise, the VF 3 is powered by a rear-mounted electric motor that produces 43.5 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque. The 18.64 kWh battery offers an impressive maximum range of 210 km on a single charge, according to the NEDC standard. Charging is quick and convenient, taking just 36 minutes to go from 10% to 70%.
