Pioneering the World’s First High-Rise Mineral Complex
The founder of Ecopark, the investor of Ecopark Green City, has made a mark in the domestic and international real estate markets with its unique product lines, setting new trends. Among them, we cannot fail to mention the two therapeutic towers, The Landmark, part of the Swanlake Residences mineral complex, located 14km from Hoan Kiem Lake.

The Landmark is developed following the at-home mineral therapy model. This project introduces mineral water into the apartments, combined with infrared sauna rooms, creating a perfect mineral therapy regimen. As of now, this is the first project in Vietnam to bring Detox & Onsen technology into each apartment.

Subsequently, a series of international media outlets reported on the world’s first high-rise mineral complex in Vietnam. Currently, the two towers of The Landmark have been handed over, welcoming residents to live, care for their health, beauty, and therapy amid a space of a million green trees.
To the Mineral Hot Spring Villa in the Blue Zones
Heading south with the Ecovillage Saigon River project (east of Saigon, 18km from Notre Dame Cathedral), the founder of Ecopark transforms this place into a pioneering Blue Zones area in Vietnam, the sixth Blue Zones area in the world.
Onsen Village is an important piece of the pioneering “Blue Zones” area in Vietnam.
The concept of Blue Zones is the result of a demographic study by Gianni Pes and Michel Poulain, published in 2004. They identified the province of Nuoro in Sardinia (Italy) as the area with the highest density of centenarian men and called this area a Blue Zone.
Based on this research, Dan Buettner, an American explorer, journalist, and author of several renowned articles in The New York Times, proposed four additional locations: Okinawa (Japan), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Icaria (Greece), and Loma Linda (California, USA). These areas boast pristine environments and beautiful nature, protected by humans. The Blue Zones are rich in greenery and waterways and are home to people who live long and healthy lives with few illnesses.
As one of the most valuable pieces of the Blue Zones area, the founder of Ecopark has just introduced to the market the final fund of lifetime in-home mineral therapy villas.
Onsen Village villas feature impressive designs.
Onsen Village is a collaboration between the founder of Ecopark and the Raymond Group, Japan’s oldest mineral hot spring design and operation company, with a history of over 100 years. Raymond has designed and operated hundreds of mineral complexes worldwide, including many famous complexes in Japan, Korea, and more.
The Last Mineral Hot Spring Villas
Collaborating with the founder of Ecopark at Onsen Village, Raymond’s representative said they had applied Japan’s Onsen Law, which stipulates that hot water, mineral water, steam, and other gases brought up from the earth must have a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius or higher. The water must also contain mineral content, including 19 specific items regulated by the law. These 19 items will be present in the mineral water at Onsen Village of Ecovillage Saigon.
The quality of the mineral water at Onsen Village meets the standards of Japan’s Onsen Law.
“Not all natural hot springs have therapeutic effects as some natural springs may contain impurities. The mineral water at Onsen Village is also designed with various health therapy themes: joint and bone diseases, skin, blood circulation, rejuvenation, and beauty,” said Dang Bao Ngoc, an architect and director of Raymond Vietnam.
Mr. Ngoc added that while mineral water can be found in many places, it is considered the secret to the long life of the Japanese. They have an abundance of mineral springs and regularly bathe in them, allowing their bodies to absorb beneficial minerals through the skin, promoting health and longevity. This is different from bathing in a mineral spring once a month or once a year. It’s like comparing the health of someone who exercises once a month to someone who exercises regularly throughout the week.
For this reason, since its launch in late 2023 until the introduction of these final mineral villas, the Onsen Village subdivision has always been in high demand in the market.
Authentic Japanese ambiance at Onsen Village
Mr. Hoang Manh, a Northern investor now living in Ho Chi Minh City, attended the event introducing Onsen Village and shared: “In the past, due to the high demand from investors and actual residents, the products of Ecovillage Saigon River have always sold out quickly. Especially with Dong Nai’s improving infrastructure and convenient connections to Ho Chi Minh City, Onsen Village holds the advantage of being the last limited edition mineral villas and the final product of Ecovillage Saigon River. The race to own these villas will be very exciting. I am most impressed and excited about the four Onsen Village villas introduced today. The vast area and impressive feng shui numbers are truly remarkable.”

The Onsen Village mineral hot spring villas are located in an advantageous position within Ecovillage Saigon River, adjacent to the All Blue Square and its 20 amenities, just a scenic bridge away. Onsen Village is also specially adjacent to the 3,700m2 Resort Clubhouse and the 5,500m2 Onsen Clubhouse mineral therapy complex.

“This is the pioneering Onsen Clubhouse complex in a Vietnamese urban area that we have consulted and collaborated on. It is also one of the largest Onsen Clubhouses in Vietnam. This is an endless source of inspiration for us to create products and services for future Onsen Village residents and tourists visiting Ecovillage Saigon River,” said Dang Bao Ngoc.
Onsen Village residents enjoy a high-quality life amidst multilayered nature.
Within a 500m radius, guests and residents of Onsen Village can easily access the marina, Six Senses Park, and more to experience life amidst multilayered nature in Vietnam’s pioneering Blue Zones area, boasting a density of 170 trees per person.
