Additionally, the Hanoi People’s Committee has approved adjustments to the general planning of Van Dinh town, Ung Hoa district, to accommodate the construction of the Military Headquarters of Ung Hoa district. The adjusted land area for this project is approximately 2 hectares, converting agricultural land into defense land.

Furthermore, adjustments have been made to the detailed planning of the N1 urban area in Tien Phong commune, Me Linh district, affecting a land area of nearly 47.61 hectares and accommodating a population of about 6,800 people. The adjustments focus on four areas and involve changes to 11 functional land plots, including the relocation and integration of public, middle school, and kindergarten land plots into a new residential area, combined with a primary school plot to form an educational complex.

These planning adjustments aim to align with the Master Plan for Hanoi’s Capital Construction by 2030 and the vision towards 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1259/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2011. They also aim to address challenges and inconsistencies in the implementation of previously approved projects and consider the legal processes of projects in the area after the expansion of Hanoi’s administrative boundaries.
