The questioning and answering session takes place from this morning, August 21st, until the end of the morning of the 22nd.
This morning, after the opening speech by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, the Secretary-General of the National Assembly and Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong presented a report synthesizing the verification content of the Council of Ethnic Groups and the Committees of the National Assembly. He also presented the Report on the opinions of the Petitions Committee on the implementation of the resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the term of the 15th National Assembly until the end of 2023.

Following this, National Assembly delegates will question ministers and heads of sectors on the implementation of the resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the term of the 15th National Assembly until the end of 2023, for the first group of fields, including: agriculture and rural development; industry and trade; culture, sports and tourism.
From 14:30 to 17:00, ministers and heads of sectors will respond to the second group of fields, including: justice; internal affairs; security, social order and safety; inspection; court; and prosecution. This content will continue in the morning of the next day.
The Deputy Prime Minister (authorized by the Prime Minister) will have 30 minutes to speak to clarify additional issues related to the responsibilities of the Government.
A resolution on the session of questioning and answering will also be considered and approved by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for implementation, monitoring, and supervision by relevant agencies.
The 36th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly takes place from August 19-23, with discussions on four draft laws, supervision, and decisions on important issues.
Chairman of the National Assembly Signs Land Law (Amendment) Certificate
The Land Law (amendment) was passed by the National Assembly during its 5th extraordinary session of the 15th legislature. Following the session, in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents, the relevant agencies conducted a technical review of the text. The President of the National Assembly, Vương Đình Huệ, has authenticated the Law in accordance with regulations.
