Mr. Farrell Douglas

It is understood that Mr. Farrell Douglas was appointed as Deputy General Director of Finance and Investment of VHM in February 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Douglas John Farrell served as Executive Director and Director of M&A in the Real Estate sector for Australia & New Zealand at Citigroup from 2010 to 2016, and was a Founding Member of Quintet Partners investment fund from 2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. At the time of his resignation, he did not own any VHM shares.
Following Mr. Farrell Douglas’ resignation, the VHM Executive Board will comprise four members, including: General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thu Hang and three Deputy General Directors, Mr. Pham Van Khuong, Ms. Mai Thu Thuy, and Mr. Dang Minh Hai.
