The Billionaire’s Vacation: Exploring Ninh Binh’s Charms

On August 28, a group of Indian visitors embarked on a journey to explore the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Ninh Binh province.

At around 11 am on the same day, the first guests from a group of 4,500 tourists brought to Vietnam by Indian billionaire Dilip Shanghvi arrived at Trang An ecological tourist site. These guests were all in high spirits after traveling over 100 kilometers from Hanoi to Ninh Binh to reach their main destination on the second day in Vietnam.

Indian tourists embark on boats to explore the ecological site. Over 200 boats were mobilized to serve the large group.
After 1 pm, the group split into smaller groups of 45 to 50 people each and headed to a restaurant in Ninh Nhat, Ninh Binh city, for lunch.
Mr. Dinh Xuan Phuong, the restaurant owner, shared: “Today, we hosted around 840 guests from the Indian billionaire’s group. To serve them, our restaurant mobilized about 30 staff, including chefs, receptionists, and waiters. In addition, there were also 14 Indian chefs and assistants.”
The Indian group selects their food at Trang An 5 Restaurant.
It is known that the Indian guests enjoyed a buffet of purely vegetarian Indian dishes, including white rice, potatoes, shallots, baby corn, and more. The basic ingredients for the meals were brought from India.
Around 23 ingredients were prepared in advance to cook these purely vegetarian Indian dishes.
