VinFast has announced a significant improvement in their after-sales service, committing to providing genuine car parts and components for their electric vehicle range within a maximum of 24 hours from September 1st, 2024. This unprecedented move in the Vietnamese automotive market aims to reduce waiting times for repairs and maximize customer satisfaction.

To fulfill this promise, VinFast has invested in a network of transit warehouses across the country and established an optimized operation process, ensuring seamless connectivity between the factory, central warehouse, transit warehouses, and service workshops.

Along with expanding our dealership network nationwide, our commitment to delivering aftersales parts within 24 hours reinforces our priority of providing peace of mind and maximum benefits to our customers throughout their ownership journey.”

VinFast has witnessed a strong wave of new business partners joining their electric vehicle dealership network nationwide, including many partners who have transitioned from traditional internal combustion engine vehicles to electric cars. By the end of 2024, VinFast aims to have nearly 150 showrooms, dealerships, and authorized service centers across Vietnam, becoming the automaker with the largest business network in the country.

In parallel with network expansion, VinFast continuously enhances and optimizes its service quality while introducing exclusive privileges for customers who purchase and use their smart electric vehicles, such as free charging at public stations, free parking, and priority service lanes.

Additionally, a network of 150,000 public charging ports planned across all 63 provinces further ensures convenient and worry-free travels for VinFast electric vehicle owners throughout Vietnam.
