The project has a low construction density of only 33%, with the remaining area dedicated to green spaces and amenities. Featuring a smart design, all apartments have 2 to 4 open sides, private loggias, and a logical layout with large windows, complemented by a health-oriented utility system that includes a hot mineral bath and a jogging track.
