They are providing a credit of 30,000 VND in the KM3T account, valid for 7 days from the date of credit, for voice and SMS services to any network.

Vinaphone has also stepped up to provide support by extending the operating hours of their stores in affected areas, offering additional charging stations, and ensuring fast and easy connections for those in need. Notably, Vinaphone stores in Quang Ninh are now open from 7 AM to 10 PM, with some even operating 24 hours to maximize customer support.
