Mr. Chan Hong Wai (Eric Chan) Appointed as Nam Long’s Chief Financial Officer

Accordingly, Mr. Eric Chan will replace Mr. Nguyen Huy Duc as Nam Long’s Chief Financial Officer. It is known that Mr. Duc has been in the position of Chief Financial Officer of Nam Long since April 4, 2022.
Turning to the new personnel, Mr. Eric Chan graduated from Sunway University, Malaysia; He has worked for two auditing firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. In addition, he has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at SPG Land, Chief Financial Officer at Alpha King, Chief Financial Officer at Novaland Group (HOSE: NVL) from 2015 to 2017, and Chief Financial Officer at Masan Group (HOSE: MSN) from 2010 to 2015. At the time of the appointment announcement, Mr. Eric Chan did not own any NLG shares.
