On September 13, the Tax Department of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province informed that they have sent notifications to the Department of Exit and Entry Administration under the Ministry of Public Security regarding the temporary suspension of exit from the country for legal representatives and directors of companies operating in the province.

The following individuals have been temporarily barred from exiting Vietnam: Le Thi Nga, Director of Hai Nam Tourism, Hotel, and Restaurant Company Ltd.; Nguyen Thanh Phu, Director of Viet Tam Medic Polyclinic Company Ltd.; Pham The Ruan, Director of Yen Sao Tung Bach Company Ltd.
Nguyen Van Bien, Director of Cong Nghiep Toan Cau Cool Company Ltd., specializing in industrial refrigeration equipment production, trade, and services; Dang Van Duong, Director of DTAP Investment and Technical Services Company Ltd.; Pham Van Bieu, Director of PCCC Phuong Nam Fire Protection Equipment and Technical Services Trading Company Ltd.
Nguyen Ke Toai, Director of Manh Phat Mechanical Construction Company Ltd.; Tran Ngoc Linh, Director of Ngoc Linh Investment, Design, and Construction Company Ltd.; Nguyen Huy Nam, Director of Minh Toan Loc Trading and Services Company Ltd.; Le Van Truong Tho, Director of Duy Minh Toan Thang Trading and Services Company Ltd.
According to the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Tax Department, these individuals have been temporarily barred from leaving the country due to their failure to fulfill their tax obligations as required. Additionally, the registered addresses of these companies are no longer valid as the companies are no longer operating at those locations.
The travel ban on these company representatives will be in effect from September 9, 2024, until they complete their tax payments to the state budget.
