“Hand in Hand to Help Fellow Citizens Overcome Storms and Floods” is a program initiated by the Founder of Ecopark (through Ecopark Corporation and DB Investment and Development JSC) on September 12, as many northern provinces and millions of people have been bearing the brunt of the impacts caused by Typhoon No. 3 (Super Typhoon Yagi) and its aftermath.
The Founder of Ecopark aims to share the difficulties and mobilize resources to swiftly support the people in areas severely affected by natural disasters, storms, and floods.
The “Hand in Hand to Help Fellow Citizens Overcome Storms and Floods” program consists of a series of practical actions to help the northern provinces recover from the typhoon’s aftermath. A budget of 20 billion VND will be allocated specifically for the activities in this program.
Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Founder of Ecopark donated 15 billion VND to the northern provinces severely affected by storms and floods. This budget will be used to purchase essential goods and support the recovery efforts in the affected areas.
The Founder of Ecopark also contributed 4 billion VND to the two provinces surrounding the project, Hung Yen and Hai Duong, which were heavily impacted by the typhoon, to help the local people overcome their difficulties and stabilize their lives.
Additionally, the Founder of Ecopark has allocated a budget of 1 billion VND to coordinate with the Vietnam Student Association, a volunteer organization directly supporting the flood-affected areas, to help the people return to their normal lives as soon as possible.
On September 11, the Founder of Ecopark and the resident community offered 10,000 accommodations for the people of Van Giang district. The investor and residents also participated in rescuing trees, crops, and properties of the people in the area, embodying the spirit of solidarity and sharing.
The investor has also coordinated with the Management Board and residents to form a Support Team, prepare essential goods, use Ecobus vehicles, and provide life jackets, working together with the authorities to welcome and accommodate the affected people.
Over 21 years of establishment and development, the Founder of Ecopark has made a mark in the market with green and sustainably developed real estate projects, along with a network of residents and partners who prioritize environmental preservation.
Throughout the journey of more than two decades of creating real estate projects, the Founder of Ecopark has consistently demonstrated social responsibility through diverse and practical activities, aiming not only to bring economic benefits but also to contribute to the sustainable development of the community, environmental protection, and the improvement of the quality of life for Vietnamese citizens.
