With nearly 3.3 million shares in circulation, CKA requires over VND16 billion in payouts. The majority of this sum will go to the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation – Joint Stock Company (VEAM, UPCoM: VEA), the major shareholder currently holding 47.41% of CKA‘s charter capital.

Given more than 3.1 million shares in circulation, HAT is estimated to disburse over VND 9 billion in dividends to shareholders. The ex-dividend date falls on September 20, with an expected payment date of October 23, 2024.
Habeco (Hanoi Beer Alcohol Beverage Joint Stock Corporation), the parent company and largest shareholder of HAT, holding 60% of its capital, is projected to receive nearly VND 6 billion in dividends from its subsidiary.
Looking back at HAT‘s dividend history from 2011 to 2023, except for 2016 when no dividends were distributed, HAT consistently paid out cash dividends to shareholders in the remaining years, with a minimum rate of 5% (in 2021) and a maximum of 40% (in 2022).
Additionally, three businesses will finalize a 20% dividend payout next week: SMB, VGR, and SZL. The respective ex-dividend dates are September 17, 18, and 20, 2024, with expected payouts in early October.
In the week ahead, two companies will finalize dividend payouts in shares: HDC and EIB. EIB, on the other hand, will finalize a 7% payout (100:7, or 7 new shares for every 100 shares held), expecting to issue nearly 122 million new shares. The respective ex-dividend dates are September 16 and 19, 2024.
