The recent storms and floods have caused extensive damage, affecting the livelihoods and business operations of thousands of people and enterprises in many northern provinces. And the weather situation remains complex in many provinces in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
Therefore, to accompany people and businesses in overcoming consequences and restoring production and business activities, from now until the end of 2024, Sacombank offers a reduction of up to 2%/year in interest rates on existing or new loan balances. At the same time, the bank also reduces service fees by 50% and waives prepayment fees.
“The bank has promptly provided information to its branches and transaction offices in the northern, central, and Central Highlands regions to proactively review, assess, report on the damage, and propose support measures to help borrowers overcome difficulties” – said the representative of Sacombank.
Previously, with a spirit of mutual affection, Sacombank had donated gifts worth VND 500 million to people in Lao Cai and Thai Nguyen provinces. At the same time, the bank also supported VND 500 million through a program to help people rebuild their lives after storms and floods, launched by Tuoi Tre newspaper.
In addition, the Sacombank Trade Union has called on all its officers and employees to voluntarily contribute to sharing and accompanying people in the storm and flood-affected areas.
