### APG Securities Chairman Successfully Sells 5 Million Shares

The Chairman of APG Securities, Mr. Nguyen Ho Hung, is no longer a major shareholder after selling 5 million shares between October 1st and 4th, as registered. His ownership percentage decreased from 5.27% (11.8 million shares) to 3.03% (6.8 million shares). Based on APG’s closing price of VND 9,450 per share on October 4th, which was a 22% decrease compared to the beginning of the year, Mr. Hung is estimated to have earned VND 47 billion from this sale.

### SC5 Chairman and Related Shareholders Divest Entirely in Two Sessions

Mr. Pham Gia Phu, Chairman of Construction No.5 JSC, along with related shareholders, divested their entire holdings of over 4.2 million SC5 shares (28.25%) through matched transactions in two sessions on October 4th and 7th, 2024. Mr. Thai, Mrs. Phuong, and Mr. Chi are Mr. Phu’s uncle, aunt, and cousin, respectively. The transactions were executed by Mr. Phu and Mr. Chi on October 4th, while Mr. Thai and Mrs. Phuong sold their shares on October 7th. The deal is estimated to have earned Mr. Phu nearly VND 37 billion, Mr. Chi and Mr. Thai over VND 12 billion each, and Mrs. Phuong nearly VND 9.6 billion, totaling nearly VND 71 billion for the shareholder group.

### TCI Vice Chairman Fully Divests from FDC as its Share Price Surges

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet officially stepped down as a shareholder of Fideco, selling all 1.78 million FDC shares (4.61%) on October 7th. FDC’s share price experienced a hot surge from the end of September to the present, rising from VND 12,500 per share to VND 17,000 per share, a 36% increase. Notably, Mr. Viet’s transaction was executed during this period. On October 7th, the market recorded a matched transaction of 5.55 million FDC shares worth more than VND 83 billion, averaging VND 15,000 per share. Therefore, Mr. Viet likely completed the transaction through this method, earning approximately VND 27 billion from the divestment.

### Two Former Leaders of Huu Nghi Food Transfer All Their Shares to the Chairman

On September 30th, Mr. Le Viet Anh, former Deputy General Director of Huu Nghi Food, sold 1.35 million shares, his entire holding in the company (4.5%). Earlier, on September 23rd, his sister, Ms. Le Thi Lan Anh, former General Director, also sold all her shares, officially leaving the company. On September 25th, Ms. Lan Anh’s daughter, Vu Lam Nhi, also sold all her shares through a matched transaction. On the opposite side of these transactions was Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu, the Chairman, who purchased nearly 3.5 million shares from September 23rd to October 2nd, matching the number of shares sold by the three aforementioned shareholders. There were three matched transactions during this period, totaling more than VND 89.2 billion (VND 25,550 per share), which was also the total trading volume during these sessions. Thus, it can be concluded that these were transactions involving the transfer of shares from former leaders and related parties to the Chairman. After the transactions, Mr. Hieu held over 11.7 million shares, or 39.09% of the company’s charter capital.

### Company Related to CC1 Chairman Continues to Increase Ownership

CC1-Holdings announced the purchase of over 17.8 million shares of Construction No.1 Corporation from October 1st to 2nd, increasing its ownership from 5.03% to 10.01%. The company had registered to buy 18 million shares but could only purchase 17.8 million due to unmatched expectations. On October 1st and 2nd, the market recorded two matched transactions totaling the same volume as CC1-Holdings’ purchase, valued at approximately VND 250 billion, equivalent to VND 14,000 per share, slightly lower than the closing price. CC1-Holdings was established in 2016 and is headquartered in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The company is chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen, who also serves as its General Director. Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, Chairman of CC1, holds 11.02% of CC1’s capital and is a major shareholder of CC1-Holdings, owning 75% of its VND 500 billion charter capital as of December 2022. The company related to the Chairman became a shareholder of CC1 earlier this year by acquiring nearly 16 million shares, and it has continued to increase its ownership since then, investing a total of over VND 518 billion so far.
