The Ministry of Finance and Trade has just announced adjustments to gasoline and oil prices starting at 3:00 pm on October 31.

Accordingly, the inter-ministerial decision reduced E5 RON 92 gasoline by VND 290 per liter to VND 19,400 per liter; RON 95 gasoline decreased by VND 390 per liter, the new price is VND 20,500 per liter. Thus, since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have increased 20 times and decreased 23 times.

On the opposite direction, diesel oil price was adjusted up by VND 90 per liter to VND 18,140 per liter; kerosene increased by VND 260 per liter to VND 18,830 per liter. Mazut oil increased by VND 240 per kg to VND 16,460 per kg.

In this adjustment, the Ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance did not use the Price Stabilization Fund for gasoline and oil products.

In the latest adjustment period (October 24), E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND 40 per liter to VND 19,690 per liter; RON 95 gasoline decreased by VND 70 per liter, the new price is VND 20,890 per liter. Diesel oil price decreased by VND 270 per liter to VND 18,050 per liter.
