The Bac Giang Department of Construction has recently received a report from Fuji Bac Giang JSC regarding the sale, lease, and rent-to-own options for social housing in the social housing area for workers in Noi Hoang commune, Yen Dung district.

The project is a joint venture between Fuji Bac Giang JSC and Vinaco Investment and Construction JSC as investors.

Accordingly, the project consists of 10 buildings with more than 2,400 social housing units for lease, with an area of about 30-32.5 square meters, accommodating 2-4 people.

The expected rental price is VND 93,300 per square meter per month, including 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee, equivalent to VND 2.7-3 million per unit.

According to the investors, the rental price will be negotiated and officially determined when signing the house lease contract. The time to start receiving applications is from November 15th.

The social housing area for workers in Noi Hoang commune consists of 10 buildings, of which 4 are 6 stories high and the rest are 18 stories high. The project has a construction area of nearly 15,000 square meters with more than 2,800 units. The first floor is for parking, community activities, and a kitchen area. From the second floor up, there are dormitory-style rooms. In addition, the project also includes a sports field, a garden combined with an outdoor parking lot.

Earlier in October, the Bac Giang Department of Construction also announced a list of 142 social housing units for rent in the social housing area for workers in the new town of Nen town, Viet Yen district. The apartments range from 30 to 62 square meters, with a rental price of VND 99,500 per square meter per month, equivalent to VND 3-6.1 million per unit.
