According to the Investigation Agency of the Dan Phuong District Public Security, through the investigation of the case of “Heavy lending in civil transactions” that occurred on July 15, the subjects Nguyen Manh Hung (born in 1991), Nguyen Xuan Truong (born in 2001), Nguyen Van Trang (born in 2000), Pham Truong Son (born in 1994), residing in Ba Vi District, Hanoi, were found to be operating a lending business at No. 5, Go Meo Ward, Phung Town. They used the trick of posting flyers with loan advertisements on electricity poles, tree roots, and walls across districts and wards of Hanoi to find borrowers.

The Investigation Agency of the Dan Phuong District Public Security proposes that anyone who has borrowed money at high interest from the above group of subjects should immediately contact the Investigation Agency of the Dan Phuong District Public Security to work on the case and protect the rights of citizens.
