The Chairman’s Wife Acquires Over 760,000 Shares

Compared to the previous registration volume of 1 million shares, Ms. Hai achieved 76.35% of her intended purchase. Explaining why she did not complete the full volume, Ms. Hai attributed it to unfavorable market conditions.

Considering the trading period from October 15 to November 13, 2024, the NO1 shares closed at an average price of 10,410 VND per share. Based on this price, it is estimated that Ms. Hai spent approximately 7.9 billion VND.

Following this period, the NO1 shares witnessed significant fluctuations, plunging to the floor price on November 14, only to surge back with two consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions on November 18 and 19.

Post-transaction, Ms. Hai’s direct holdings in NO1 rose to over 1.7 million shares (7.28% stake). However, when combined with her affiliates, their collective ownership stood at over 7.7 million shares (32.1% stake).

Notably, Ms. Hai is the wife of Chairman Luu Dinh Tuan, who also holds 5 million NO1 shares (20.83% stake). Her sister-in-law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho, holds 721,500 shares (over 3% stake), while her sister, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho, and sister-in-law, Ms. Luu Dinh Tu, hold 215,000 (0.9% stake) and 20,000 shares (0.08% stake), respectively.

Not long ago, on October 1, 2, and 3, NO1 shares witnessed notable transactions with Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh purchasing over 1 million, 238,000, and nearly 164,000 shares, respectively.

Following these transactions, Mr. Thanh’s holdings surged from 3.44% to 9.09% (nearly 2.2 million shares), making him a major shareholder in NO1.

On the same day, October 1, another shareholder, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai, acquired nearly 1.4 million shares (5.63% stake) through a matching transaction, also becoming a substantial shareholder in NO1, despite not holding any shares previously.

Interestingly, the volume of shares bought by Mr. Hai matched the volume sold by relatives of Chairman Luu Dinh Tuan, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Thorm (sister-in-law) who sold over 601,000 shares, and Mr. Le Xuan Hoang (brother-in-law of his wife) who offloaded over 749,000 shares.

Post these transactions, neither Ms. Thorm nor Mr. Hoang held any shares in the company.
