The Binh Thuan People’s Committee has approved a decision to allow Minh Quan Tourism Company to convert over 18,724 square meters of production forest land in Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City, into commercial service land. The project, named Resort & Hotel Lamuine 1, will be leased on an annual basis until November 29, 2055, as per the approved investment plan.
Additionally, the provincial authorities also agreed to revoke 2,639 square meters of unused land located within the road corridor managed by the People’s Committee of Mui Ne Ward and lease it to Minh Quan Company for the same project. The land will be used for commercial services, with a lease term until November 29, 2055, and an annual land rent collected by the state.
The provincial People’s Committee has set the annual land rent for commercial services at over VND 3.6 million per square meter, resulting in a total of nearly VND 9.6 billion per year for the 2,639 square meter area.
Minh Quan Tourism Company was established in 2003 and is headquartered in Suoi Nuoc, Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. As of December 2023, the company’s latest chartered capital is VND 50 billion. Mr. Le Huu Nghia, the Director and legal representative, holds the majority stake of 70%, while Ms. Vo Thi Phuong Ha and Ms. Le Thi My Tuyen each own 10%. The remaining 5% is held by Le Thanh Construction Trading Company Limited and Le Thanh Restaurant – Hotel Joint Stock Company respectively.
Mr. Le Huu Nghia is also the founder and director of Le Thanh Company, which was established in 2001. Initially focusing on construction, the company expanded into the real estate market in 2004, specializing in affordable housing projects in the western area of Ho Chi Minh City. Some of their notable projects include Le Thanh Tan Tao Apartment Building, Le Thanh – Zone B and Zone B Apartment Building, Le Thanh – Twin Towers, and Le Thanh – An Lac.
In the field of resort real estate, Le Thanh is planning to develop a 5-star hotel called La Château – hotel & beauty, located at 5 Vo Van Kiet, Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
Minh Quan Tourism Company is currently developing two projects, Resort & Hotel Lamuine 1 and 2, in Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City (formerly known as Viet Hung Tourism Project). According to Le Thanh’s website, the Lamuine project spans 10 hectares and features 44 bungalows, 750 condotels, restaurants, and conference facilities, conveniently located along the DT-716 coastal road and Mui Ne Beach.
