On November 26, 2024, Hoa Binh Construction Group (HBC) commenced the construction of the Newtown Diamond Project with a contract value of nearly VND 1,000 billion.
Hoa Binh is the main contractor for the structural works of three 38-story towers and a 6-story podium block of the Newtown Diamond, a commercial and high-end sports service urban area project.
The project is invested by Newtown Development Co., Ltd. and located on a 1.4-ha land area in Danang City.
Earlier, on October 29, 2024, Hoa Binh Construction won the nearly VND 1,900 billion contract for the Eaton Park project, invested by Tam Luc Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a member of Gamuda Land Group.
In October, Hoa Binh also announced its winning of the Phu Quoc Park project in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, invested by BIM Group. Hoa Binh is the main contractor for various works, including structure, architecture, MEP, stone cladding, walkways, sports fields, and decorative components.
In terms of business results, in the first nine months of 2024, Hoa Binh recorded a consolidated net revenue of VND 4,787 billion, an 11% decrease compared to the same period last year. After-tax profit attributed to parent company shareholders reached VND 837 billion, while there was a loss of VND 880 billion in the same period last year.
