According to reports from departments and branches submitted to the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province regarding adjustments and supplements to the land price framework for the 2020-2025 period, there are four industrial parks proposed for adjustment with an increase ranging from 17% to 43%.

Specifically, Ho Nai Industrial Park has been increased from 1.7 to 2 million VND/m2, Thanh Phu Industrial Park from 2.1 to 2.7 million VND/m2, Ong Keo Industrial Park from over 1.5 to over 2 million VND/m2, and Dau Giay Industrial Park from over 1.2 to 1.8 million VND/m2. The newly added land price for Amata Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park is 2.8 million VND/m2, an increase of nearly 22% compared to the previous proposal.

According to the consulting unit, the adjustment serves as a basis for building the annual land price framework to be applied from 2026 onwards.

Regarding the proposed adjustment of industrial land prices, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province has requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue studying and working with the consulting unit to calculate appropriate adjustment levels. The province’s stance is to ensure a stable development environment for enterprises by adjusting the increase to guarantee accurate and sufficient land-related revenue collection.
