The land use term is 50 years, starting from the date of signing the land lease decision until June 24, 2067 (the end of the land use term according to the Investment Policy Decision No. 3833/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2017, of the Hanoi People’s Committee).

The remaining 13,854.5 sq. m is allocated for the eastern and southern road infrastructure and the green belt adjacent to Ring Road 3. The state will allocate this land without collecting land use fees.
