Specifically, in Dong Hoi city, Regal Group presents the Regal Legend project (Bau Ninh 1 Urban Area), committing to accompany the province’s development by investing in breakthrough constructions that strongly connect with neighboring areas. Notably, the introduction of the Regal Residence Luxury tower has increased market interest in Dong Hoi real estate by almost 600%. Along with this, the rows of luxury business houses combined with seaside accommodations have created a new wave, attracting investors. In 2025, Regal Group will continue to commence construction on the second iconic tower – Regal Residence Signature.

Meanwhile, in Thua Thien Hue, the Regal Capital project by the romantic Huong River will bring a fresh breeze to smart living and investment trends. With a diverse range of property types such as shophouses, terraced houses, villas, and a commercial center, this nearly 12-hectare urban area by the sea promises to deliver unique and pioneering architecture to the city.

Regal Group announced over 6,000 products with available land certificates to be sold in 2025 at the largest real estate exhibition in 2024, “Accompanying Prosperity in the New Cycle.”

In Da Nang, the highlight of 2025 for Regal Group will be the Regal Complex, a high-rise complex with 3 floors of commercial centers and 683 luxury apartments built to international standards. Alongside this is The Palace, a compound villa designed in a modern, elegant, and noble style, located in a beautiful feng shui position within the exclusive Regal Victoria villa complex.

Regal Group will also leave its mark in Hoi An with the Regal Heritage project. Drawing inspiration from the ancient houses of the old town and combining them with modern lines and materials, Regal Heritage will offer a full range of luxurious amenities and international standards. With over 1,100 commercial and residential products, this project will be built on prime land, holding long-term pink book ownership near Hoi An Ancient Town.

Regarding the shophouse business model, Regal Group is also involved in two projects in the coastal cities of Quy Nhon and Tuy Hoa. These projects are considered to have a rare position, located at the Long Van axis and Hung Vuong boulevard, right next to the beautiful beach.

Through thorough market research and understanding investors’ preferences, Regal Group focuses not only on creating timeless real estate in the new cycle but also on developing destinations for urban areas and ecosystems for residents. Additionally, they manage rentals for individual houses and commercial areas to ensure that the projects remain vibrant and bustling, maintaining their liveliness and providing high rental efficiency, thus creating added value for investors.
