A convenient and profitable investment opportunity
Among the nearly 150 first bookings at Gem Park in November was a couple, Doctor Hoai Thu and her husband. With their only son studying abroad in Germany, they decided to sell their small house in an alley to purchase two apartments in Gem Park: a three-bedroom unit for their own stay and a two-bedroom one for investment.

The bank supports up to 65% with a 0% interest rate until the handover in 2026. Therefore, with her high salary as a manager in a multinational corporation and a frugal lifestyle in Haiphong, Quynh Anh can afford to wait until the handover date.
The payment structure is also very convenient: 10% upon apartment delivery and 5% when receiving the pink book (ownership certificate). In addition, customers also receive a double benefit of VND 50 million when booking non-refundable and up to 6% discount.
“According to our data analysis, banks are entering a phase of capital scarcity, leading to increasing deposit interest rates. This is the best time to deposit money and enjoy high-interest rates. The policy of interest exemption for two years gives me peace of mind to deposit money and invest for profit,” said Quynh Anh.
For Doctor Hoai Thu and her husband, they feel like they are getting more than they bargained for. Below the apartment is a 5,000m2 indoor and 10,000m2 outdoor utility area exclusively for residents, featuring an ideal ratio of greenery and water elements in the bustling city of Haiphong. There are walking paths and zen gardens for the elderly, picnic lawns for families, tennis courts for adults, and outdoor playgrounds for children. The couple can stroll hand in hand, take photos on the vibrant spring-blooming flower path, or enjoy afternoon tea on their balcony, overlooking the lush park, the Re River, and the vast fields below.

In fact, all of this has been carefully planned by the investor, N.H.O, with a forward-thinking vision. “People in Haiphong are embracing globalization, striving for success, and seeking ways to improve their quality of life. They need a convenient place to live where travel time is minimized and relaxation time is maximized. We understand this, and Gem Park is here to make that desire a reality,” said Mr. Jeong Cheol, N.H.O’s representative, at the project launch event for Gem Park with northern distributors in mid-November.
Double profits for investors
“With a starting price of VND 39 million/m2, Gem Park offers a very competitive price in the high-end apartment segment in the northern provinces, especially compared to Hanoi. Smart investors, both inside and outside Haiphong, can easily see the potential for sustainable profits,” said Mr. Ho Ket – N.H.O’s Business Advisor, during a meeting with northern distributors.
Mr. Ket also shared that the investment potential of Gem Park reminded him of City Garden, a luxury apartment project in Ho Chi Minh City that he had been involved with during its development. “When it first appeared, City Garden was in a less competitive location. But over time, the infrastructure in the area has developed significantly. With its outstanding architecture, attractive amenities, and a community of five-star residents, City Garden now commands nearly double the price it did when it first launched, increasing from VND 3.5 billion to VND 6 billion for a one-bedroom apartment.”
In the next two years, when Gem Park is officially put into use, Haiphong’s infrastructure will undergo significant changes. The Hanoi-Haiphong railway will connect the international gateway port of Haiphong with the ports of Dinh Vu, Nam Do Son, and Lach Huyen. There are also plans for a new sea bridge next to the existing Lach Huyen Bridge, which is already overloaded.
“Haiphong’s potential can be seen in the very near future,” added Mr. Ket.
With Gem Park, when the owners take possession of their apartments, they can choose to live in them or rent them out to generate passive income of VND 12-15 million/month (the average rental price of high-end apartments in Haiphong) to repay bank loans. This allows customers to flexibly manage their cash flow while still ensuring asset ownership.
