Hanoi adjusts the detailed planning for the urban area of West Lake and its vicinity
The function of the land plot with the planning code O1-P3 has now been changed from a parking lot to an urban green space (including trees and flower gardens). The planning indices are in line with the orientation of the approved planning for the urban area of West Lake and its vicinity (A6) at a scale of 1/2000.
In terms of organizing the architectural landscape, the city requires a study on organizing the architectural landscape of the green space and flower garden area to harmonize with the surrounding landscape of the works adjacent to Vo Chi Cong Street and the surrounding area. At the same time, it is necessary to comply with the general plan for land use with specialized planning indices; and ensure fire protection and traffic safety requirements.
Other contents outside the scope of the above-mentioned Detailed Planning Adjustment remain unchanged according to the approved Planning for the Urban Area of West Lake and its vicinity (A6).
The Hanoi People’s Committee assigned the People’s Committee of Tay Ho District to coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture to publicly announce the Detailed Planning Adjustment for the relevant agencies, organizations, individuals, and community residents.
