Additionally, completing and constructing these projects will contribute to urban development according to the master plan, preventing land waste. It will also address the issuance of land use rights certificates and homeownership certificates for 498 cases of apartment purchases in the I-Home Commercial and Apartment Area, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
Chairman Phan Van Mai assigned the Department of Planning and Investment as the focal point to continue reviewing, synthesizing, and grouping the obstacles and difficulties faced by these projects. The department will also monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Working Group’s conclusions, reporting to the Group for periodic meetings 1-2 times a month.
In May 2023, the Working Group for resolving obstacles and difficulties for investment projects in Ho Chi Minh City restructured its personnel. The Working Group’s members comprise heads of relevant departments and the Chairpeople of People’s Committees of districts and counties where the projects with obstacles are located.
Up to now, the Working Group has held ten sessions, considering and organizing meetings to resolve 33 projects. They have also directed units to review and handle 41 projects that do not meet the conditions for the right to use land for commercial housing development.
