The total floor area amounts to roughly 297,000 square meters, resulting in a residential building density of 30.73%. The project also encompasses an educational facility spanning over 14,484 square meters across five floors, including one basement, adhering to the standards for the construction of educational institutions within residential areas.
Additionally, The Gio Riverside boasts auxiliary infrastructure and amenities, including a centralized green space, internal roads, and parking lots, thereby ensuring comprehensive technical and social infrastructure to enhance investment value.

“Even before its official market launch, The Gio Riverside has garnered significant interest from investors and young families. The project offers approximately 3,000 products, including apartments and shophouses, with the apartments featuring diverse areas catering to the varying needs of different customer segments,” shared a representative from An Gia.
