Accordingly, the 12 Resolutions passed by the National Assembly at the 8th Session are as follows:
1. National Assembly Resolution No. 158/2024/QH15 on the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2025.
2. National Assembly Resolution No. 159/2024/QH15 on the State Budget Estimates for 2025.
3. National Assembly Resolution No. 160/2024/QH15 on the Allocation of Central Budget for 2025.
4. National Assembly Resolution No. 161/2024/QH15 on Enhancing the Effectiveness of Policies and Laws related to the Management of the Real Estate Market and the Development of Social Housing.
5. National Assembly Resolution No. 162/2024/QH15 approving the Investment Policy for the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the period of 2025-2035.
6. National Assembly Resolution No. 163/2024/QH15 approving the Investment Policy for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030.
7. National Assembly Resolution No. 164/2024/QH15 on piloting the handling of evidence and assets during the investigation, prosecution, and trial of criminal cases.
8. National Assembly Resolution No. 165/2024/QH15 approving the Prime Minister’s proposal to dismiss the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transport and Communications for the 2021-2026 term.

2. National Assembly Standing Committee Resolution No. 57/2024/UBTVQH15 approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court on the establishment of departments, offices, and equivalent agencies, as well as the press agency of the Supreme People’s Court.
3. National Assembly Standing Committee Resolution No. 1299/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the approval of the election result of the Head of the Delegation of the National Assembly for the 15th term of Ha Giang Province.
