Sendo Farm witnessed a remarkable achievement as its revenue soared to 10 billion VND, with nearly 300 tons of products dispatched amid the enthusiastic collaboration of its staff. This endeavor also witnessed Sendo Farm engaging with an impressive 160,000 customers in a single day, setting a new record.

According to Ms. Giang, the success of any collective endeavor does not hinge on a single individual but on the collective effort of “Respect – Change – Unity,” coupled with the dedication and determination embodied in “Will – Mirror – Shine.” Apart from the remarkable sales figures, the number of customers also witnessed a substantial surge following the “12/12 Campaign.”

Mr. Hoang Chi Hieu, Director of Business at Sendo, proudly attributed the campaign’s triumph to the meticulous preparation and unified collaboration of all departments at Sendo Farm. He assessed that the handling of the 300 tons of products went smoothly due to the lessons learned from previous deployments.

Faced with a record-breaking number of orders, the employees of Sendo Farm literally worked through the night. Frantic activity continued around the clock at the Hanoi warehouse, with trucks coming and going incessantly. Similarly, the warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City also experienced a relentless pace without a moment’s rest. All scenarios had been meticulously planned in advance by the unit. Every order was pre-packaged, shelved, and ready to be “labeled” and dispatched from the warehouse.

Beyond the dedication of each staff member, the resounding success of the “12/12 Campaign” also owed greatly to the contributions of the receiving partners and suppliers. Ms. Nguyen Nhung, a receiving partner at S106 Vinhomes Smart City, shared, “We were thrilled a week in advance, and the partner care staff called to prepare for the program. I also shared it with many customers, friends, and relatives, so yesterday’s order volume doubled compared to usual.”

Present at the Sendo Farm warehouse during the 12/12 livestream, the supplier of fish sauce, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid for Sendo Farm also demonstrated enthusiasm and dedication to their products. Mr. Ngo Quang Duc, representing D-Shining Joint Stock Company, willingly joined the Sendo Farm team in livestreaming across three platforms: Facebook, Tiktok, and the Sendo application, to ensure that customers on all three platforms understood the production process and unique features of the products.
