Based on the closing price of VND 33,400/share in the afternoon session of December 19, it is estimated that LAI Board member could pocket nearly VND 95 billion after offloading the entire 16.62% stake in the Company.

As of December 31, 2023, LAI had three major shareholders, including its parent company, IDICO Corporation (holding 51%), shareholder Tran Phuong Bach (holding 14.6%), and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, a member of the Board of Directors (holding 16.62%).
Starting in mid-July of this year, Tran Phuong Bach has been continuously selling LAI shares, reducing his ownership to 3.89%, equivalent to 583,400 shares, and is no longer a major shareholder of the Company as of September 18.
Mr. Bach and Ms. Hoa decided to divest from LAI when the share price had increased by 47% after nearly a year.
