Nhất An Phú Partnership Auction Company – Lào Cai Branch, in collaboration with the Lao Cai Province Financial Consulting and Services Center, will organize an auction for 69 land lots on the morning of December 23rd.
The auction will take place in the districts of Bình Minh, Bắc Lệnh, and Xuân Tăng in Lào Cai City. All the land is for urban residential use and has long-term usage rights.
The land lots vary in size from 88.5 to 312.8 square meters. The starting price ranges from 8 to 13 million VND per square meter, equivalent to a total of 973 million VND to over 2.5 billion VND per lot.
The deadline for submitting applications and bids is 5 pm on December 20th. Participants must submit a deposit ranging from 194.7 million to over 500 million VND per lot.
The auction will be conducted through indirect voting by postal mail, with an ascending price mechanism.
The announcement of the results will take place at the Hồng Sơn Village Cultural House, Vạn Hòa Ward, Lào Cai City.

These are urban residential land lots with long-term usage rights. Each lot has an area of 100 square meters. The unit price is 13 million VND per square meter, which equates to a starting price of 1.3 billion VND per lot.
The deadline for receiving applications to participate in the auction is December 27th. The auction will be conducted indirectly, with an ascending price mechanism. The announcement of results will take place at the Kosy Residential Area Cultural House.
At the same location, the DHL Partnership Auction Company and the Lao Cai Province Financial Consulting and Services Center will also hold an auction for 14 land lots in Urban Area No. 13, Nam Cường Ward, Lào Cai City.
The land lots range in size from 144.4 to 537.7 square meters. The unit price ranges from 9 to 13 million VND per square meter, equivalent to a total of over 1.8 billion VND to over 5.3 billion VND per lot. The deadline for receiving applications to participate in the auction is also December 27th.
