In Son Dong District, An Nam Partnership Auction Company will organize an auction of 55 land plots belonging to the Center for Land Fund Development and Management of Traffic Order, Construction, and Environment of Son Dong District, on the morning of January 18th.

Specifically, the 55 land plots up for auction are located in Duong Huu and Yen Dinh communes, Son Dong District. The area of each land plot ranges from 91.5 to 228.7 square meters.

The starting price is set at VND 3.5-4.6 million per square meter, equivalent to a starting price of VND 366 million to over VND 923 million per plot.

Registration for the auction is open from now until January 15th at An Nam Partnership Auction Company, and from 9 AM to 4 PM on January 15th at the Center for Land Fund Development and Management of Traffic Order, Construction, and Environment of Son Dong District.

Bidders are required to submit their deposit from January 15th to the end of January 17th into the bank account of An Nam Partnership Auction Company.

The auction will be held in the form of direct ballot at the auction venue, with one round of bidding and an ascending price method. The bid increment is set at 1% of the starting price of the land plot. This increment will only be applied if there is a tie between the two highest valid bids for the same plot, and both bidders agree to continue the auction to determine the winner.

The auction will take place in the communal People’s Committee hall of Duong Huu commune.

In Hiep Hoa District, on the morning of January 24th, Dai Duong Group Partnership Auction Company, together with the Center for Land Fund Development and Industrial Cluster of Hiep Hoa District, will organize an auction of 34 land lots belonging to the People’s Committee of Hiep Hoa District.

The auction lots are located in Danh Thang, Mai Trung, Quang Minh communes, and Thang town, with areas ranging from 105.8 to 293.7 square meters.

The unit price ranges from VND 5.5-16 million per square meter, equivalent to a starting price of over VND 734 million to over VND 4.4 billion per lot. Participants are required to submit a deposit of 15-20% of the starting price of each land lot. The application should be submitted to Dai Duong Group Partnership Auction Company and the Center for Land Fund Development and Industrial Cluster of Hiep Hoa District before 5 PM on January 21st.

The auction will be held in the form of a direct ballot at the auction venue, with one round of bidding and an ascending price method. The bid increment is set at VND 10 million and will be applied in case of a tie between the two highest valid bids for the same winning lot, provided that the bidders with the highest bids agree to continue the auction.

The auction will take place in the district People’s Committee hall of Hiep Hoa district.
