The Danang People’s Committee announced the results of the auction for the land-use rights of 39 residential land plots, totaling nearly 4,784 square meters, with a winning bid value of nearly VND 213 billion. Most of these plots are located in Son Tra District with 29 lots, followed by Cam Le District with 5 lots, Lien Chieu District with 2 lots, and Hoa Vang District with 3 successful bids.

Notably, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong, from Phu My Ward, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, spent nearly VND 30 billion to successfully bid for 5 residential land plots (each plot measuring 100 square meters) with codes from 05 B1-13 to 09 B1-13 Ngo Cao Lang belonging to the Son Tra-Dien Ngoc resettlement area project in Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District.

Another successful bidder, Mr. Tran Van Vinh, from Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, won three land plots with a total area of nearly 305 square meters and a winning bid value of nearly VND 15 billion.

These plots include two lots with codes 40E4 and 41E4 on Tran Thanh Tong Street (each lot measuring 100 square meters) belonging to the Nai Hien Dong resettlement area project in Nai Hien Dong Ward, and one lot numbered 03 B2-17 at the intersection of Do Anh Han and Hoang Quoc Viet Streets in the An Hoa 4 residential area project in Nai Hien Dong Ward, with an area of nearly 105 square meters.

In terms of starting price, the land plot with the highest starting price was Lot 24 B2-1 at the intersection of Chu Huy Man and Pham Van Xao Streets in the public works area of the Tho Quang Fisheries Service and Industry Park in Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, with a starting price of up to VND 61.5 million per square meter.

This plot, measuring 236.5 square meters, was successfully bid by Mr. Tran Chi Cong, from Thanh Tri District, Hanoi, at a value of nearly VND 62 million per square meter, equivalent to a total of over VND 14.6 billion for the plot.

In addition to the 39 residential land plots, Danang also recognized the auction results for the land-use rights of a commercial and service land plot measuring over 800 square meters in the commercial and service area of Project No. 2 in the new urban center of Tay Bac Ward, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District.

The successful bidder for this commercial plot was Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Thanh, from Niem Nghia Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong, with a value of over VND 24 billion.
