The Hanoi People’s Committee has ordered the revocation of 3,557 square meters of land (N02 land lot) from Hung Viet Commercial Joint Stock Company, which is part of the 20% land fund of the Golden – Land Building Commercial Service Center – Housing project (275 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan District). Previously, this land lot had been approved by Hanoi for the construction of housing for officers, officials, and public employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The decision was made following the conclusion of the Government Inspectorate regarding the conversion of land use purposes from production and business to trading land and building houses by state-owned enterprises and equitized enterprises during the 2011-2019 period.
The Hanoi People’s Committee has handed over the revoked land area to the Hanoi Land Development Center for management and proposed an exploitation plan in accordance with regulations.
The Hanoi People’s Committee has requested that Hung Viet Commercial Joint Stock Company hand over the 3,557 square meters of land (N02 land lot) as per the land retrieval decision. The company has been instructed to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to return land use certificates and coordinate with relevant departments to complete investment and tax procedures as stipulated.
