The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision to allocate 3,401 sq. m of land in the O1-P3 planning area (Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District) to the Tay Ho District People’s Committee for the implementation of a project to construct a public garden with greenery.

Accordingly, the 3,401 sq. m of land in the O1-P3 planning area has completed site clearance and has been confirmed by the Tay Ho District People’s Committee.

The location, boundaries, and area of the land are defined by the landmarks from 3-5, 3-5a, 3-5a1, 3-5a2, 3-5a3, 3-5a4, 3-11b, and 3-11c as specified in the adjusted planning drawing of the overall plan at a scale of 1/500 for the O1-P3 land plot.

Tay Ho District will carry out the investment project to build a public garden with greenery, spanning over 3,400 sq. m.

The form of land use is State-allocated land without land use levy, with long-term use duration.

The city allocates land without auctioning land-use rights or bidding to select investors for projects involving land use.

The Tay Ho District People’s Committee is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine landmarks and receive land handover on-site.

The Tay Ho District People’s Committee is accountable for the results of compensation, site clearance support, ensuring no emergence of interstitial land areas, and implementing the investment project as per regulations.

The Hanoi People’s Committee assigns relevant departments to guide the Tay Ho District People’s Committee in executing specialized management contents as stipulated.
