Ha Nam seeks investors for two major urban projects in 2025

Firstly, the

Tien Son Urban Area Project

is located in Tien Ngoai and Tien Son, Duy Tien town, spanning approximately 166.5 hectares. This includes 55.64 hectares for residential construction and 8.83 hectares for commercial and service purposes. The site has yet to be cleared.

Upon completion, the urban area is expected to accommodate around 17,740 people. The total estimated investment for this project is 11,077 billion VND. The investor will have from 2025 to 2032 to implement the project.

The second project,

Tien Ngoai Urban Area

, is located in Tien Noi ward and two communes: Tien Ngoai and Tien Son. It covers an area of over 170 hectares, with 58.61 hectares allocated for residential construction, 3.55 hectares for commercial and service purposes, and nearly 7.5 hectares for educational institutions.

The total investment for this project is nearly 5,200 billion VND, and it is expected to house a population of 9,170 people.

The province will organize a wide-ranging bidding process to select investors for both projects in Q1/2025.

Not long ago, the People’s Committee of Ha Nam also announced a list of large-scale projects to attract investment.

Notable projects include the Investment Construction Project of the Southeast Tien Son Urban Area, Duy Tien Town (DT-DT39.24) (area of 153.75 hectares; total investment of 7,740.1 billion VND); the Chau Son Urban Area in Tien Son commune, Duy Tien town (124.42 hectares; total investment of 6,308.4 billion VND); the Investment Construction Project of the Tien Hai Urban Area, Phu Ly City (234.76 hectares; total investment of over 12,200 billion VND); and the Investment Construction Project of the Dong Phu Thu Urban Area in Tien Hiep and Tien Hai communes, Phu Ly city (166.5 hectares; total investment of 11,555.8 billion VND), among others.

In recent years, Ha Nam has actively promoted investment in real estate projects, attracting major players such as Sun Group, Bitexco, BRG Group, T&T, and Icon4.

Notably, in August 2024, Sun Group commenced a 35,000-billion-VND project spanning 420 hectares in the province.
