Groundbreaking Ceremony for Vietnam’s First ESG Project
The groundbreaking ceremony for Haus Da Lat, a real estate complex, was attended by local government representatives, the investor, The One Destination, and Terne Holdings Singapore, a multi-industry investor. Six international partners, four brand representatives, and 60 exclusive associates were also present at the event in Dalat.
According to the planned schedule, the entire project landscape is expected to be completed and inaugurated in Q2 2025. The investor also plans to complete and inaugurate the exhibition area, private club, stage, and fountain in Q3 2025. The model house area will be inaugurated in Q3 2025, and the handover of the Sky Villas and Sky Mansions will take place in Q1 2027. Finally, a 5-star resort under the InterContinental brand will be officially operated in 2027.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, expressed his belief that with the strengths and experience in business operations, along with reputable and world-leading brands, Haus Da Lat will become a complex project of culture, urban and tourism, modern, luxurious, and internationally-class, environmentally friendly, and harmonious with the natural landscape in the central area of Da Lat city. It will be a new destination for visitors, contributing to the richness of Da Lat – Lam Dong tourism products in the coming time.”
Mr. Thai also added that in 2025, Lam Dong province will promote investment and complete key transport infrastructure projects, attract investment in the province’s advantageous fields according to the list approved by the Prime Minister in the Lam Dong Provincial Planning for the period of 2021 – 2030, with a vision to 2050. This will enhance competitiveness and create a favorable investment environment to attract strategic investors from both domestic and international markets to Da Lat and Lam Dong province.
A New Living Space Wonder for Vietnamese
Located in the last golden land plot in the center of Da Lat city, facing Xuan Huong Lake, Haus Da Lat covers an area of 5 hectares and is not only the largest “pine forest conservation” project in the city but also a new cultural destination in Da Lat.

Haus Da Lat is also Vietnam’s first real estate complex developed following the ESG orientation, gathering leading legends and big names behind the world’s iconic architectural works.
The landscape architecture is designed by the legendary Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA). Isometrix Lighting & Design, a lighting artist, illuminates the landscape architecture of Haus Da Lat. The living space for Haus Da Lat residents is curated by experts from 1508 London. Copper Beech, a company that operates exclusive clubs for the world’s billionaires, directly advises the operation of 68 long-term ownership Sky Villas and Sky Mansions and the Private Club for residents. Mitchell & Eades, an interior design brand behind renowned resorts and wellness centers, will design the Haus Wellness Center, which will be operated by Chiva-Som, a health care brand founded by former Thai Deputy Prime Minister Boonchu Rojanastien.

Located in the “heart” of the city, experts believe that Haus Da Lat will be a “new living space wonder” for Vietnamese and a new destination for domestic and international tourists, contributing to putting Da Lat, in particular, and Vietnam, in general, on the world map of tourism and ESG real estate.
