On March 5, speaking to Tien Phong, Mr. Tran Nam Hung – Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee, said that regarding the projects of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, the province is directing resolutely to resolve them.

Three projects, including Bach Dat Urban Area, 7B Extended, and Hera Complex Riverside in Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc New Urban Area (Dien Ban Town), invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, have been allowed by the province to extend the implementation progress to 2025.
These are three controversial projects with a long dispute, involving nearly 800 customers who have deposited for nearly 1,000 land lots in these projects.

As recorded by Tien Phong on March 5, the project area was still in a mess, deserted, with rusty equipment exposed to the sun and rain. Local people took advantage of the project area for grazing cattle.

Recently, at a citizen reception on February 27, the leaders of Quang Nam province said that these projects are having positive changes. According to the progress report, the investor has fulfilled tax obligations, signed a deposit contract, paid for site clearance, and restored the business registration certificate.
The projects have been extended in terms of progress, and the next steps are to complete the necessary dossiers and procedures. Site clearance work is being concentratedly directed and implemented by the People’s Committee of Dien Ban Town, and the land use plan for project implementation has been registered.

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Dung affirmed that Quang Nam province is very determined in directing the early resolution of this issue, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
The Provincial People’s Committee continues to monitor and direct the enterprise to implement according to the committed contents, complete the projects according to the extended time (by the end of 2025), and hand over the land to the people.

Regarding these projects, Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee Tran Nam Hung said that the phased implementation progress of the project originates from the needs and proposals of the investor to speed up the progress, but it must ensure the synchronization and connection of the framework infrastructure, in accordance with the planning, and meet the conditions prescribed by law.
The enterprise promised that in March 2025, it will submit to the Provincial People’s Committee about the investment phases of the project. If this phased implementation ensures the conditions prescribed by law, the Provincial People’s Committee will accept it for implementation.
Quang Nam province is determined to direct the early resolution of the issue, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
Talking to Tien Phong on March 5, Mr. Tran Nam Hung – Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee, said that up to now, the enterprise has not yet proposed or reported on the investment phases of the project.
“The state’s responsibility for this project has basically been completed. The rest is the enterprise’s responsibility as prescribed,” said Mr. Hung.
