On March 7th, the Office of the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province announced that the Provincial People’s Committee has issued a decision to promulgate a list of 156 projects calling for non-budgetary investment capital in the province for the period of 2025-2030.
Among these, Nha Trang City accounts for 45 projects, including three key projects: Vinh Luong Waste Treatment Factory (approximately 6.6ha with a total investment of VND 2,500 billion), Con Ngoc Thao Urban Area – Commercial Center and Con Nhat Tri Artistic Performance Area (60ha, capital according to investor’s proposal), and Bac Province Road 3 – Smart Urban Area. Phuoc Dong (120ha, capital according to the investor’s proposal)
Nha Trang has 45 investment-invited projects.
In Cam Ranh city, there are 41 projects with key projects such as: New Urban Area of Cam Ranh (approximately 95ha, total capital of VND 7,188 billion); High-quality Urban Area of Cam Phuc 1 and 2 (total area of more than 90ha, capital of nearly VND 6,700 billion); Cam Phuc Urban Area 98.2ha (total capital of VND 7,070 billion); Tra Long Eco-Urban Area (25.8ha, total investment of about VND 4,459 billion); New Urban Area of Cam Thinh Dong (124ha, total investment capital of nearly VND 12,000 billion); Tourism service area along Hoang Van Thu Street (880ha, total capital of VND 11,616 billion) and Cam Lap tourism service area (651ha, total capital of nearly VND 7,000 billion)… The industrial projects include: Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Park (352ha, total capital of VND 5,000 billion); Cam Thinh Tay Industrial Park (326ha, total capital of VND 3,716 billion); Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Cluster (40ha, total capital of VND 455 billion) and Cam Phuoc Dong Industrial Cluster (33.5 ha, total capital of VND 405 billion)…
In Ninh Hoa town, there are 18 projects, including key projects such as: Ninh Xuan Eco-Urban and Industrial Area (2,485ha, total capital of VND 15,000 billion); Hon Thi Island Cluster (300ha, total capital of VND 8,000 billion); Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park (approximately 290ha, total capital of VND 1,800 billion); Northeast Ninh Hoa Urban Area 1 and 2 (total area of 680ha, capital according to project scale)…
This area also has a group of projects with a minimum scale of VND 6,000 billion, including: Nam Van Phong Petrochemical Complex (300ha); Green Hydrogen and New Fuel Production Plant (about 30-50ha); clean energy industry projects, high-tech processing and manufacturing industry, precision mechanics, and electronics with a maximum area of 150ha…
Cam Lam district has large-scale projects such as: New Urban Area of Cam Lam district (approximately 10,365ha, total capital of VND 285,267 billion); Trang E 3 Industrial Cluster 3 (50ha, capital depending on project scale)…
Cam Lam district’s prominent project is the new urban area of Cam Lam district.
In Van Ninh district, there are two notable projects: Van Phong Airport (nearly 500ha, total expected capital of about VND 9,200 billion) and International Passenger Port (30-50ha, minimum capital of VND 2,300 billion). Meanwhile, Dien Khanh district has 15 projects, Khanh Vinh district has 12 projects, and Khanh Son district has 18 projects calling for non-budgetary investment capital. Most of these projects will be implemented through an investor selection bidding process.
For a few projects, the investor selection will be carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 55/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting some mechanisms and policies for the development of Khanh Hoa province. The Provincial People’s Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with the Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone and relevant departments, branches, and People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities to organize the announcement and call for investors to participate in researching and investing in projects in accordance with current regulations.
