Vinhomes Global Gate (Vinhomes Co Loa) is a sprawling development located in Dong Anh District, Hanoi, spanning an impressive 3.85 square kilometers and boasting a total investment of 35,000 billion VND. Construction commenced in the second quarter of 2024, and today, many of the project’s structures are taking shape.

As planned, this urban area will feature approximately 15,000 apartments, accommodating over 37,000 residents. It will include more than 4,000 detached villas and townhouses designed with 4-5 floors, along with two 45-story apartment towers offering over 4,800 units. The project also integrates 14 mixed-use buildings, 600 combined commercial, service, office, and residential spaces, and 6,000 luxurious apartments.

A standout feature is the expansive 90-hectare National Exhibition and Fair Center, which is currently under construction. The framework is already in place, and its impressive form is beginning to emerge.

The centerpiece of Vinhomes Co Loa is its vast 32-hectare central lake, accounting for nearly 10% of the project’s total area. This expansive body of water creates a refreshing and open living environment. Today, most of the surrounding areas have been landscaped, and the roads are paved.

Several entertainment facilities within the Wonderland Park, located next to the central lake, have been installed. The sidewalks are fully paved, and the planted trees create a soothing green space.

Hundreds of machines and workers are continuously active at Vinhomes Co Loa. Many rows of houses are nearing completion, and the adjacent areas are taking shape.

Currently, the Tinh Hoa subdivision and the National Exhibition and Fair Center are being fast-tracked for completion. The architectural details of the buildings are becoming visible as construction progresses.

The Tinh Hoa subdivision is expected to be the first area handed over in Vinhomes Co Loa. Many rows of houses and the internal road network within Tinh Hoa are nearing completion of their structural work. Several homes have progressed to the wall painting stage.

In the remaining subdivisions, such as Cat Tuong and Thinh Vuong, the internal roads have been paved, facilitating the next phases of construction.

The Tu Lien Bridge, a nearly 20,000-billion-VND project connecting Vinhomes Co Loa to Tay Ho District, will break ground on May 19. It is expected to be completed by April 2028, after 30 months of construction. Vingroup and a leading Chinese corporation are likely to be involved in its construction.

In the future, Dong Anh District is planned to be upgraded to a district, and with improved transportation infrastructure like the Tu Lien Bridge, Nhat Tan Bridge, Dong Tru Bridge, and Ring Road 2, this urban area will enjoy seamless connectivity to the inner city, fostering the development of projects in the northeast of Hanoi.
