Market Heats Up Ahead of Vinhomes Đan Phượng’s Launch

On March 10, the Vinhomes Wonder City (Vinhomes Đan Phượng) project was officially launched in Hanoi.

With a scale of 133.4 hectares, this project is considered one of the largest low-rise urban areas in the West of the capital, offering over 2,000 low-rise houses ranging from terraced houses, shop villas to detached and twin villas. In addition, the project also features thousands of apartments.

Vinhomes Đan Phượng is located in the area of Tan Hoi, Tan Lap, Lien Ha, and Lien Trung communes, possessing a strategic position on the Tay Thang Long Boulevard, just 15 minutes away from Tay Ho district once the Tay Thang Long road is completed.

The real estate market in this area has become vibrant ahead of the launch event. Since February, dozens of distributors and hundreds of brokers have been stationed around the project area.

Inside the construction site, the land has been clearly divided, the internal roads are asphalted, and the contractor, Coteccons, is pushing for day and night construction.

Tay Thang Long Boulevard to Connect with the Project by 2025

In addition to this project, Dan Phuong district is also implementing key traffic infrastructure projects. These projects help connect the area with the capital’s center and surrounding areas.

Notably, the Tay Thang Long Boulevard, a 33 km long and 60.5 m wide road with 10 lanes, connecting from Vo Chi Cong (Tay Ho) to Son Tay. The 2 km section from Tay Tuu to the project is expected to be completed by 2025.

And when the Tay Thang Long Boulevard is completed, the travel time from the project to the center of Tay Ho will be reduced to just over 10 minutes. This is considered the “key” to enhancing the value of Vinhomes Wonder City, offering superior connectivity to the inner districts and the Ciputra urban area.

Vành đai 4 Through Đan Phượng is Under Rapid Construction, with Many Sections Already Paved

Vành đai 4 is one of the strategic traffic infrastructure projects in the capital region, contributing to the economic and real estate development of the Dan Phuong area.

Many sections of Vành đai 4 through Dan Phuong have been paved.

This route has a total length of 112 km, passing through Hanoi, Hung Yen, and Bac Ninh, with a cross-section width of 120 m, including a 6-lane expressway, parallel roads on both sides, and a green tree corridor. The total investment is expected to reach VND 85,000 billion.

In Dan Phuong, the Vành đai 4 section, which runs through the Hong Ha bridge construction area, is about 4.9 km long, has been implemented. Currently, the parallel road project of Vành đai 4 has taken shape. Many sections have been asphalted.

The project promises to create a driving force for the economic and trade development of the western gateway of Hanoi, while also supporting the connection of key economic areas in the future.

Hong Ha Bridge will Connect Đan Phượng and Mê Linh

Hong Ha Bridge, part of the Vành đai 4 project, is an important highlight in the traffic infrastructure system of Dan Phuong. The bridge has a total investment of VND 9,800 billion, crossing the Red River and connecting Dan Phuong district with Me Linh district.

The bridge is located between Lien Hong secondary school and Bong Lai village, a densely populated area that has long lacked direct connection across the river. Currently, residents have to use a ferry or go around via Thang Long bridge, which is 10 km away.

According to the plan, the Vành đai 4 road will be completed by 2027. And if there are no delays, the bridge will be completed at the same time as the Vành đai 4 mega-project.

When completed, the bridge will be an important link connecting the two banks of the Red River, creating favorable conditions for the development of large projects such as Vinhomes Wonder City.

With the launch of Vinhomes Đan Phượng and the synchronous infrastructure projects such as Tay Thang Long Boulevard, Vành đai 4, and Hong Ha Bridge, Dan Phuong is emerging as one of the most vibrant development areas in the West of the capital.
