After amending the Constitution, we will proceed to study and consider the abolition of the district level and the reorganization of the provincial level.

The National Assembly Chairman requested that each agency and unit must strengthen the leadership and direction of political and ideological work among officials, party members, and the people, ensuring a tight coordination from the central to local levels for unity in both thought and action in implementing the Party’s policies for the country’s development.

He noted the need to guard against hostile forces taking advantage of the apparatus streamlining revolution to oppose and distort.

The National Assembly Chairman suggested that all contents belonging to the National Assembly Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the agencies of the National Assembly to be submitted to the competent authority, must be closely coordinated with the agencies of the Government to ensure the progress and quality of the work as required.
