The transaction is expected to take place between March 21 and April 18, through negotiated and matched orders on the exchange. If successful, Mr. Khiêm will hold just over 100,000 shares.

Born in 1977, Mr. Khiêm holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has been in senior leadership roles at NTL since 2014 and assumed his current position in 2019. Mr. Khiêm’s ownership in the company had been maintained at 1.62% for a long period, then increased to 1.7% in 2020 before starting to decline from early 2022.
This move comes shortly after Mr. Khiêm’s father, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Kha, completed his exit from NTL. Specifically, on February 26, Mr. Kha sold his remaining 0.58% stake, estimated to have earned him nearly VND 13 billion at a price of around VND 17,800 per share. Previously, in 2024, Mr. Kha had liquidated more than 6.5 million shares, reducing his ownership from 5.9% to 0.58%.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Kha was one of the founding shareholders when NTL transformed from a state-owned enterprise to a private company about 20 years ago. The former leader once held nearly 6% of the capital and served as Chairman of the Board for an extended period before passing the baton to Mr. Lê Minh Tuân in 2024.
Mr. Kha’s divestment coincided with the period when NTL shares peaked at a historical high of VND 27,000 per share (post-adjustment), having surged more than 120% in the first half of 2024, before correcting downward to around VND 17,900 per share, equivalent to a drop of over 35%.
At the current price, Mr. Khiêm is expected to pocket approximately VND 31 billion from the upcoming divestment.
